‘Every day is a different day with my placement, some days are a challenge teaching her new things, helping with her issues or just being there for praise and comfort.  I watch her skip into school and my heart melts.  I get a text from school to say she has detention and my head spins with frustration.  She tells a fib at home, I get cross then I receive a sorry note and my heart melts again.  I am on a roller coaster of emotions and could not be happier.  My otherwise quiet day can be noisy and fun and I would not have it any other way’.
