Sunbeam Pride Fostering Agency are inviting people who may be interested in fostering to come to the information Session where a Social Worker will be present to answer any questions you may have and to have a general discussion about fostering, the role for the foster carer, and what support our foster carers receive.

Sunbeam Pride Fostering Agency are one of the preferred providers for Hertfordshire Local Authority so we need more foster carers in the Hertfordshire area to provide care for children in need. Come and visit us at

Directions:

To get to us from the A1 (M) Junction 4 (southbound)
At the junction, take the A414 towards Hatfield; you will pass the retail park, and Tesco, on your left
At the next roundabout, take the second left into Wellfield Road
Turn right straight away into Lemsford Road, just before the fire station
After about half a mile, take the third road on your right, which is Fiddlebridge Lane, a VERY narrow turning
Forum Place is on the left, our building is signed, and entered via the 2nd left turning

To get to us from the A1 (M) Junction 3 (northbound)
At the junction, take the second exit onto the A1001
At the first major roundabout, turn right. You will pass the front of the Galleria on your left.
At the next roundabout turn left onto Cavendish Way
Turn left into St Albans Road West, just BEFORE the roundabout and then right into Fiddlebridge Lane. Our building faces you as you reach Forum Place, 200m up on your right.

Foundation House is as X on the map below. On street parking locally is, in the main, unrestricted. Car parks are marked on the map below. The nearest ones are:
1. Lemsford Road – 149 spaces. Free, unlimited, but note that some areas of the car park are for 4-hour maximum parking only. These areas are marked with signs.
2. Asda (Superstore) – free, but limited to 3 hours.
3. Dog Kennel Lane – 64 spaces, free, long stay

Directions from Lemsford Road Car park
From the car park, it is a 5 minute walk to the building. Walk out of the car park onto Lemsford Road, turn left and then take the first turning on the left which is Fiddlebridge Lane. Then take the second left into Forum Place. Foundation House is on the left hand side. When you arrive, please press the brown intercom on the right had side of the door.
Train, Bus and Bicycle
Hatfield train station is a 15 minute walk or a 5 minute taxi ride away and has rapid trains to and from London Kings Cross (Great Northern line).
