Sunbeam Pride Fostering Service is an Independent Fostering Agency registered with Ofsted providing high quality and well supported fostering placements for a diverse range of looked after children and young people. The company was established in 2009 and is based in Luton. Sunbeam Pride provide specialist placements for children with complex and challenging needs as well as mainstream foster care. We offer very competitive fostering allowances to cover the children’s needs and provide rates of pay for our carers and provide excellent support from skilled and experienced social workers.

Sunbeam Pride offer a number of training courses for our foster carers such as working with young people with mental health issues, special needs including ADHD and Autism, Preparation for Independence, attachment as well as more specialist training courses. The organisation is managed by a team of experienced, qualified professionals who provide innovative and needs led service to children and young people in foster care.

Sunbeam Pride Fostering offer 24 hour support all year round, a chance to be treated as a professional, and the opportunity to become a specialist foster carer for children with challenging needs. This may be a child with disabilities, autism or learning difficulties. Pride fostering also offer an excellent supportive service along with clinical consultations for our enhanced “ARC” foster carers who care for our most troubled and traumatised children and young people with learning disabilities. We offer regular support groups for foster carers and foster/birth children.

Pride Fostering are one of the preferred providers for a number of local authorities including Suffolk Northamptonshire, Cambridgeshire, Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire.
